Having built a few properties from scratch and being an Engineer I have a good understanding of building and project management. The following was observed.
1) Close monitoring of the project.
A detailed plan of the project was provided of the costs and the timeline.
- The plan has been adhered to and managed professionally.
- Additional requirements have been incorporated into the build with ease.
- The quality of the build has been first class.
- The working site has been kept clean & tidy.
- Safety has been considered at the site.
- I was very impressed with the site management and the discipline of the team.
2) Quality of the workmanship.
- Based on my experience I would rate the workmanship at all levels as first class.
- The attention to detail and finish is impressive.
- Any open point identified have been addressed.
- It is evident that there is a pride in the work being conducted.
3) Recommendation
- I would have no issue in working with this team again.
- It has been a pleasure to work with all those involved. (Reactive & sincere)
- Senior management are fully understanding the need to provide a stress-free environment for the new homeowner and are genuinely supportive.
- I would have no hesitation in recommending Servatius P&C.
